I develop and implement practices and policies for the People & Culture team, supporting Woodwell Climate’s mission, core values, and strategic plan. I strive to create an organizational environment that enables efficiency for Center staff working on the forefront of critical science and research.
Before joining Woodwell Climate, I spent a majority of my career working in banking. I am experienced in aligning people strategy to business priorities, and I am excited to be bringing my expertise in organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and analytics to a mission-driven organization focused on making impactful change.
I believe climate is a critical area of focus for the future of our world, and I am especially proud to be contributing my skills and career to making a better future for my sons. I grew up in Massachusetts, and live in the area with my husband, 3 boys, and 2 dogs. I enjoy running, reading, and spending time at my kids’ various activities, including school plays, swim meets, and a variety of sports.
