My focus is on improving the Rangeland Carbon Tracking and Management Tool (RCTM). Using this model, I aim to enhance our understanding of carbon fluxes in rangelands and enable the exploration of a variety of management scenarios to inform policy decisions.

I am passionate about developing and refining tools that support decision-making across spatial scales—from precision agriculture to regional ecosystems—to advance environmental sustainability and societal well-being. I have a strong background in agricultural science, decision support systems, and simulation modeling, and my goal is to promote agroecosystem sustainability and informed land management practices through my research.

I earned a B.S. in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Thessaly in Greece, a M.S. in Biosystems Engineering with a specialization in Automation and System Technology from Aarhus University in Denmark, and a Ph.D. in Crop and Soil Sciences from the University of Georgia. My postdoctoral work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison involved calibrating and validating the Agro-IBIS model to study how cover crops impact carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and water dynamics.

Outside of my research, I enjoy crafting (knitting, crochet, and macrame), traveling, and playing music, which provide a creative balance to my scientific pursuits.
