The President’s Circle is a community of our most passionate and dedicated supporters who share a commitment to our mission and generously support our work with gifts of $1,000 or more annually.

In recognition of their dedication and generosity, President’s Circle members receive exclusive benefits, such as hearing firsthand from Woodwell Climate leadership about the research and science shaping our collective future.

By joining the President’s Circle, you will provide the core support that makes our work possible and demonstrate your commitment to an equitable, healthy, and sustainable world.

Membership Levels

Friend ($1,000)

  • Invitations to exclusive events, webinars, presentations by Woodwell scientists, and regional gatherings.
  • Opportunity to virtually attend the annual State of the Center event.
  • Recognition in the Annual Report.

  • All benefits at Friend level, plus:
  • Special updates from the President and senior leadership.
  • Invitation to attend the President’s annual State of the Center event in person.

Membership in the President’s Circle is extended to any individual who contributes $1,000 or more during Woodwell Climate’s fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

What types of gifts count toward my annual total? READ MOREless

Outright gifts using a check or credit card, appreciated securities, grants from a donor-advised fund or family foundation, gifts from an IRA, matching gifts, payments made to fulfill a new or existing pledge, and proceeds from a vehicle donation all count toward President’s Circle membership.

No, any gift made to Woodwell Climate counts toward your annual total, whether it is made to the Annual Fund or restricted to a specific program or project.
